​Bahal Singh Gill

Mr Gill is originally from Singapore and has been living with his family in Australia for the past 26 years. He has extensive experience in the area of Migration Law and has been a past president, Vice President and current committee member of the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA) S.A. Branch.

​He is currently a member of the International Law Committee for the Law Society of South Australia. Mr Gill’s passion is to provide good professional and sincere advice to prospective clients whom wish make Australia their new home. 


​Simran Singh Gill

With a Graduate Certificate in Australian Migration Law and Practice (Australian National University – ANU), and an innate ability to deal with the most complex of visa applications, Simran brings a high level of technical “knowhow” and “knowledge” in Visa and Migration Law for BSG Lawyers.

​Simran also has a Degree in Economics and has worked extensively in the Finance sector – which gives specialised knowledge in assisting with Business Migration.
